From recent sales
4.5k is good to play for 3D game such as L4D2, smoothly

But for video editing, you might put more $$ on RAM, 32GB or 64GB will be a charm.. need more expert to comment onn This
Makesure the motherboard able to take it...

For video editing, more RAM is beneficial (min. 32 GB). GPU will beneficial too. A fast speedy SSD (NVMe) too.

If you are not mobile (desk bound) most of the time, suggest a gaming laptop Legion. Budget 4-4.5k is ok. Unless you want to go for the latest and greatest which will cost an arm and leg. Not much of point IMHO, today's latest and greatest model will be entry level in less than 2 years. I usually for go last year or the year before latest and greatest which is a bargain value for money.

Video editing, get those 100% sRGB (72% NTSC) screen.

Happy shopping.

Hei Thanks mate,

I tried looking for legion but I think only able to get LOQ, but that laptop also mcm dont have enough space to make it 32gb ram or another slot to expand the ssd.

what about Acer or Msi are good range from those brand?

Gaming laptop 3k? Asus ROG Ally or Lenovo Legion Go lo. But may need bluetooh keyboard if planning to do work.

Try Lazada. Legion 5, AMD 6600H, 8 GB RAM, RTX 3050 4GB at about RM 3.5k. It was at RM 3.1k during 11.11 sale. This is best value for money IMHO for the all-round spec and warranty.

I had the earlier model, 5800H, DIY mem upgrade to 32 GB single slot. It has 2 slots. Ran out of budget to buy another 32 GB RAM at that time! LOL.

add another 8GB for gaming only. But for video editing better to upgrade RAM up to 32GB

However, for video editing...better check the specs ya. To see if the screen is 100sRGB or not. Acer ones, they don't specify it clearly.
