PS3 charging station, AC adaptor

Hello everyone,
I got this PS3 charging station (US model) recently. The power cable will need to change to a 2-pin AC power cable. Do I need to get a power transformer for the AC adaptor to use this charging station or replace a 2-pin AC power cable will work for that? Appreciate your help! Thanks  |
