 Where can find Fireworks legal shop in Malaysia?, Since february 2023 is legal

Jalan Tengku Kelana Klang. Saw one open on the side of the main road (in fact half of the road being taken by this shop) with a police van parked next to it. If this is not legal, I don't know what is police actual duty is.

Not a ahop but a stall, nearer toward the traffic light next to MPK Jalan Tengku Kelana...not sure will.open for how long though. Just pass through today and saw it.
