Not the recent one but hopes can help. Paid PPUM in May 2017, RM 2,700+ for 24 days NICU + natural delivery RM700+, total around RM3,500. Basically nothing is free in PPUM unlike other government hospital, just it is cheaper than private. Occupancy rate was high that time as many cases. PPUM is like HUKM, different funding which is from MOHE, hence, fees are higher than other government hospitals under funding from MOH. Still much more affordable as compare to private one.

perhaps you need a referral letter from other hospital to PPUM. then you can walk in, pass the letter and get first appointment from them. those born in PPUM will get appointments after discharged from NICU.
