How long does it take for SPA process?, Subsale (individual title)

hi guys, i would like to find out how long does it take to complete the SPA process for your subsale individual title property (no matter u are buyer and seller).
if there is any special situation happened to ur SPA process thus longer, please state so too. thank you. |

Individual Title can be freehold or leasehold.
If under leased hold, you need State clearance to do transfer. My recent case took about 5 months from the date of the signing till completion of title transfer. |
