mbb atm/debit card can easily replace at machine.. no need to visit anyone counter in the bank.

outside malaysia there is no cashless withdrawal for foreigner, you will need debit card/credit card to withdraw cash from their atm.

even if did also withdraw once a month lump sum then call it a month

why maybank so cacat 1? use own app, own account at own atm machines also wanna charge Rm1 fees.

the myr 12 is not because of the card, its your account type

banks have the "free" without annual fee type savings account also (as required by BNM) - and these accounts also got give card .. but limited ATM/counter withdrawals (eg 4 in a month ? anymore after that got service fees)
