Discuss about what are his expectations and both of you get in line on the same page.
Tell him that you want to spend time with family after work hours and weekends, but at the same time you are a responsible employee and will work on the KPIs set.
They requested to interview you and offer you the job (?), then you must have capabilities they see in you and confident you can be successful.
Highly suggest you do the above before accepting the offer.
