Late reply but I have Mohawk android player in my car so I listed out pros and cons of owning one.

Pros:
1.Boot time seem fast. Start the car, player straight turn on to home screen.
2. 1 year official MY warranty.
3. Lots of accessories car shop carries this brand.
4. Can integrate with car's original reverse camera.
5. Steering mode, reverse sensor all is working.

Cons:
1. Quite expensive given for its spec. Most of this brand player using old 2018 RK3266 CPU. RAM also might be DDR3.
2. Quite lagging if multitask. Example waze + youtube at the same time.
3. UI and app icon is old school. Like 90s time.
