Yes, some bank only take 50%, bank loan business is open market, every bank appetite is different. so every applicant can choose the bank match to their appetite also. For people like to leverage and major income from tenancy agreement for sure they will go to higher margin bank.

consolidation loan is a solution i ever hear from banker/agent, but i never use it or apply for it. I forgotten where i hear this before, either some panel banker / or mortgage banker / or outsource banker / or insurance agency agent / or AKPK.

agency % can be very high i keep getting calls for loan and consolidate nowadays

still in dilemma to get 2+1 dual key condo or landed

if not mistaken consolidated loan will flag certain code on your CCRISS, not under normal housing loan/commercial loan categories.... So be very sure with consolidation loan t&c and the implication before proceed.

Is this an undercon? If yes I feel that 70% loan is much easier than all the workaround. At least you will have time to save up for the second and third 10%
