True. Thailand island got beer, no attire restriction, no religious guys come kacau, cheaper … dont see why ppl wanna go Langkawi …

Just went last July, some outlet food price at Cenang is almost same price like Klang Valley, if travel to Kuah town then it is cheaper.

Hotel wise the pricing is more expensive than Krabi/Hatyai, about the same like Phuket.

Cenang beach street is boring and selling repetitive item, Phuket town street is much better. And also driving at Cenang can be pain in ass, one way with limited parking spot.

Apart from it there is no entertainment at night, Phuket is much more happening, u know foreign tourist want entertainment at night which langkawi cannot offer
