If want good after sales service for WASHING machine, get Samsung or secondly LG.

Other brands after sales and parts is just meh.

Current Midea distributor is Scott & English, previously they handled LG in M'sia.

My past experience for after-sales with S&E is pretty good.

I am using Midea washer dryer 8.5/5kg. Pcb damaged in less than a year. Lucky still under warranty. Drying function inefficient compared to previous Electrolux washer dryer. The only good thing is that it is cheap. Other than that, not recommended.

This model does not come with inverter, right? So cannot save current if compared to LG T2109VS2B

Midea after sales support are ok.

My midea dryer kaput liao but warranty expire and call them and they arrange technician come and check then sent back to factory to diagnose and order parts fix back and sent back.

All within 1 week time.

So not bad at all.

But this model MFW-EC750 energy rating is 3 , water rating is 1. So it will consume electricity and water?

Midea is price and feature competitive. But local support is SHIT and far from the support from Jap brand levels. Just be mindful of this.
