This has always been the case. My local cheapo kopitiam frequented by people driving Alphard, BMW, Lexus, etc. The Starbucks and McD in my taman mostly see P2, Proton and kapchai moto only.

I for one don't mind Mekdi lingkup. We have so many local burger and chicken brands. Myburger lab, KGB, even haram ones like Spades. Marrybrown, chicago chicken etc.

Support local better, taste much nicer than mekdi also.
