Applying for new jobs in less than a year, working at the current place what are your advice, wait it out or try my luck, one comp saw my cv called me for interview n then said i jump too soon, wasting my time.
I'm just not happy with my salary n benefits at the current comp and dun see why i should wait a year.

Thank you

If everyone thinks like you.... then every company have to find new staff every few months...

First of all.. you need to ask yourself... what makes you so special that you should deserve extra ordinary salary or position???

Do you have a super niche skill that has high demand in the market???

If not about having niche skill then are you super highly qualified??? Masters degree + Professional qualification with top in the world award???

If you have nothing but just basic qualification... then you are no different from anyone else...

Sorry, this was a little confusing ... one company saw your CV, called you for an interview, then said you were wasting your time?

If they are not keen on hiring you, why waste time calling you for interview?

I was in a similar situation once, unhappy with how much I was making and the perks of my job as a customer service rep. Some folks say you should stick it out for a year, but I didn't want to wait around if I could do better. So, I started looking for new jobs and found Afni. They had many job openings, so I decided to go for it. I got a job as an Accounting Manager, which pays way better, and I'm way happier now.

I think the interviewer was trying to test you on how you defend your reasoning.
