Quite some units this time, 550 terraced houses on 29 acres of land.
Its nearest project (in Puchong) was Laman & Bayu some years ago.

i though dengkil is the area below cyberjaya, above sepang.

Newspaper report said Putra Perdana, that's in Puchong.
Unless cannot access via Puchong roads but have to use highway

Putra perdana is near cyber, not as far as dengkil

dengkil is cybersouth, not puchong south

29acre leasehold land, direct competition with the LBS D'island project Astella. I check old old putra perdana sub-sale house asking 450K - 550K in market, i believe the new launching price will set at around 7xxK bumi, 8xxK non bumi.

Location is a bit far in for Puchong but not that far from Cyber via the flyover, not sure where's the entrance but that part is not really congested to get out to the highway I don't think.

I wonder which piece of land it is, still a lot of land next to that big lake

The city memes joke, puchong to puchong spent 1 hour, and LDP is one of the most jammest highway in malaysia. So no matter its jam to highway, or not jammed, once go inside highway all jammed. Some more rumor Mah Sing want to built 2 block service apartment at puchong area, along with the LDP highway, not sure will they built somethings like short cut way into project, if yes, huh huh you will know the traffic in puchong and LDP highway.

Not specific about this 2 project la. haha just want to express how the puchong road traffic condition. Especially there are more & more condo on the way building & mushrooming surrounding puchong.

1 mil++ starting, with only 44ft length of living/dining/kitchen/guest
Leasehold at this location
imo not worth it, their JIA has better value proposition

Type B/C with 1.3mil++ is a better choice however 3 floors to climb is almost a crime biggrin.gif

If puchong south is puchong, why need to specially highlight is it puchong "south"?

KL south can be Seremban. The magic of property companies to generate many new location name.

For me, puchong should refer to Bandar Puteri and IOi mall there only. Puchong itself the short distance also spend me 30 min from bandar puteri to my house after pick up my son from tadika.

I going to move out from Puchong next year, it is enough for me.to.enjoy the terrible traffic in this 6 to 7 years, previously still not that bad, but now it is worse and worse, plus the IOI going to develop Bandar Puteri to a new mix development project, more high rise project will be launch in Bandar Puteri itself, i can not imagine how bad the traffic in future after more and more high rise building complete construction.

I stay in puchong since 2010, yes it really develop rapidly, but the traffic is getting worse. So i decided to move out.

Where you moving to then? Bkt Jalil nearby also similarly high traffic along the 2-lane highway

Bandar Nusaputra for me it is consider boarder of puchong, it closer to cyberjaya , closer to bandar saujana putra , compared the distance to Bandar Puteri.

I moving to USJ , doing many time experiment d as i got relative stay there, better than Puchong in peak hours from Shah Alam, from Bangsar, and most important is, less or free toll fare

I know buki jalil is same unless travel to KL, my colleague also stay in Bukit Jalil area, wrose than me, luckily i am stay closer to Bandar Puteri, if stay deep inside, same to bukit jalil, the LDP Puchong to and fro Seri Kembangan part is very bad daily, saturday sunday also heavy traffic
