the summon (started from bulan10) can be paid in counter directly and no need go to court (can still go if want to urgue).

and already asked for an official receipt printed by them.

So they u-turn? Use hp while driving is compoundable now?

They just probably want to squeeze you see if you give rasuah, then fail, then they don't want to seems like they want ask rasuah from you so they just Saman you anyway. Happened in kuchai lama , got 1 Ronda police always try to fish people

yes. pembayaran counter said summon (issued bermula bulan10) is compoundable, can pay to settle summon if dont want to urgue.

i am kind of people who afraid of troublesome (but it costs 3points).

yes. my friend told me same thing, they ikut system "compundable". i could even wait for next saman discount only pay.

coz the physical saman paper put court date around mid-Dec. if we didn't pay the compound and didn't attend the court in Dec, will kena anything or not?

that was one of the reason i paid immediately.

PDRM has clarified that phone use if its mounted is not an offence. So get a phone mount and use it while driving.

I received Non Compoundable(RM300) saman today. To confirm again, if I can pay through PDRM app I do not need to attend court? Coz the police officer specifically told me I can't pay online must attend court.

Can we ask the people make a report also if feel summon wrongly

I know it won't clear the summon but someday they can see it's the pattern of fishing going on if same person kena report

Who knows maybe one day summon orang kaya, and he took it to fight the court. Maybe good lawyer able to pull reports also
