1. Normal operating hours of 10 am to 10 pm should suffice since thats when people come out of their homes for shopping, especially weekends.

2. Depending on what kind of freebies you want to give out, you'll be shooting yourself in the leg. I've never seen any console accessory that is cheap enough to give away freely in large quantities. Perhaps it would be a better idea to give out some strange discount coupons that offers storewide discounts. Make its design strange so it will leave a lasting impression.

3. Angkasawan game. Sorry jkjk. Most likely to be games if the prices are attractive.

4. Don't scold me when I look around and ask about prices but not buy anything. Also, don't bother me too much when I am in the shop. Some sales people tend to get really annoying, recommending something you don't want when they don't have the product that you want available. You could also offer to order items online for products you don't sell or do not plan on selling. How you work that out so that people don't stiff you is another matter.

5. It would be a lot funner if you offered a larger variety of products. At least I know where to go when I am looking for something.

Grand opening time should be after lunch hour, maybe around 2 to 3 on a weekend. Most shopping malls, Low Yat at least, are packed around that hour. Put some big LCD tv demoing the latest games. People are attracted to colourful pictures so they should swarm there like flies.

I can't help you with a large screen since I don't have one myself. Like someone said, you should buy one through a credit card subscription. You'll definitely need 1 or maybe 2. Which reminds me, you should also get a membership program for loyal customers. You need a system to keep track of who the members are though.

A simpler method would be to provide a stamp card, like one stamp for every RM 50 purchase. Collect a total of 100 stamps to be able to redeem something in the store.

By the way, where is the location of this store? Pavillion?
