I had signed SPA and in the midst of selling my house. Is this the charge that the lawyer request for full settlement of my loan thus there is this charge or what?

you are asking very specific question on a particular item.
Have you gotten another quotation from other firm to compare the charges? Basically, we cant monitor every items.
What I usually do is to get them give me 1 lump sum discount, until I satisfy. usually deduct 20%-30% on Legal fee

U will see a lot of Runner fee, printing fee....but they need earning
in Life, sometimes you just cant win it all

i am not asking about legal fee.

i am asking about the rm50 charge in my home loan.

This is the bank's charge for issuance of redemption statement for your housing loan. This is normal

Yes, they request for redemption statement so that the buyer / the buyer's bank can pay your bank the outstanding house loan sum.

You should continue paying until buyer / the buyer's bank settle your house loan. Your bank will refund any extra sum to you
