I think energy candles are a mix of mindset and ambiance. I see it as the scents (from scented candles) have calming effects > lesser stress + calmer mind > can perform better > better outcomes + lesser mistakes...?

take a step back, and imagine its another person looking at that energy cancle bring luck and improving relation statement and think what law of physics have to be broken for the candle to do that

if you go deeper into their logic, some can say stuff like where burning these candles helped to boost their confidence and energy levels, thus making them become better in their work and whatnot
