for me, the spin-off movie "Goodbye Mr Cool (2001)" in it's own way, is a good closure story to Ho Nam's life (using the name Dragon as substitute)
some ppl also dubbed the movie as "Young & Dangerous 8"
A sad and unexpected ending and good inside plot made this movie excellent. A must-see for Ekin fans.

if i remmber correctly, the first film in Malysia, Chan Ho Nam is undercover cops but i NOT SURE wat he undercover
Chan Ho Nam was undercover in Malaysia,Singapore and Brunei version ,and Nicholas version was not show in Malaysia cinema.
The Laughing Gor TVB version was based on the Chan Ho Nam TV version .

The extra scene was added so as to not glorify triad life. Nonsensical considering the first movie stated most of the gang was caught, but the appeared again five times kek
