Question: let say if your salary is basic 3000 and you have allowance of 1500. when you apply for new job, after 3 years at current co. If you asked for 6000 basic is ok by HR standards? would they measure from basic 3k to 6k or they take your whole salary 4.5k to 6k ? |

QUOTE(hoonanoo @ Oct 31 2023, 02:48 PM) Question: If the allowance is include as your base salary and tax deduction in your payslip, it will calculate from 4.5k. My suggest is you put higher so if they lowball your salary expectation, at least it not go lower so much.let say if your salary is basic 3000 and you have allowance of 1500. when you apply for new job, after 3 years at current co. If you asked for 6000 basic is ok by HR standards? would they measure from basic 3k to 6k or they take your whole salary 4.5k to 6k ? |

Normally they just see the lowest... This one is that basic 3k
HR always like to lowball any application... Typical of them... So u better put higher than 6k so in the end, lowball can get 6k range 😏 |
