Hi everyone,

need opinion on these 2 houses. almost same layout for both. sqft is the land size.
to me, both got pros and cons, but would like to hear more.

the garden road is quiet, because it is gated strata.
the hse A back the road will slightly noisy, the road is not a highway, just a short road ...

hse A is expensive than hse B by ~350k , and it's about double size the land ...

I am quite dilemma, get big piece land, the trade off is the behind road is slightly noisy ..

Thanks.

tats weird got garden road next to house

is this those old PJ type houses where public road pass beside ur house?

if its just the normal lorong between houses which not much car pass thru then its ok

as u will hear lots of screeching brake sound

i would go for 1st one as the road is linear so no braking or slowing n accelerating again sound

house at crossroad will be noisy as **** due to traffic. also probably no privacy as those passerby may peek into your house every now and then... not to mention dust...

but it's your call. smile.gif

provide more context , such as price for both ?

House B - looks better/simplified between these 2

House A - with trees behind the house, planted by the municipal? you may need to trim it regularly

Hse A feng shui ok ?

The front & back road is a little bit curve ...

Both A & B also G&G .. so the garden road basically only the resident inside passby..

House A will be quieter, more peaceful, so I'll pick that, just bear in mind the upkeep of landscaping+trees and maybe some insects/small animals problem if you don't enjoy that (some people REALLY don't like trees and other "nature" features because attract animals and insects).

House B only benefit I can imagine is easy to find for visiting friends/relatives, but cross junction will be noisy and high traffic.

house B, cross road + corner lot have the highest visibility in the taman.
unlikely to have robbery case as everyone who pass by your house will be a free guard for you.

anyway it just a garden road, unlikely to have high traffic or noise, those ppl will drive slow when pass through cross road, have option to rent out to kinder garden also.

recommend buy B

I will choose house B, garden road is not crowded so the fengshui is ok.
House A rooms at the back will be noisy caused near to road. Personally i don't like living in curve road that's bad fengshui for me and the shape of the land is weird.

House A is 2x bigger, maybe such actual pictures of the road so we can see whether there will be noise pollution

house B is corner lot- at cross road
isnt that normal and premium.

Cross road also poor feng shui ka?
more noisy and more car we agree.... some business people also appreciate that right?

just need to avoid T-junction, thats my thought.
