MKH build quality is not like those old days,

Is it the park residence bangsar South by this developer? And the nexus residence cheras pertama?

depends on which contractor they hired I guess?

i just got key on 1 of the mkh project at kajang
surprisingly my unit 0 defect, or maybe just that I not that guai lan to pick those minor minor defect

but common area workmanship is so so

Quite ok there, seem like the developer really focused on their quality.

I believe everyone learnt something from lesson. Judge every project by different merit. But reputation kind of thing is accumulated from previous rating. So developer industry is just so different.
