I just saw this notice at an apartment multi-level car park. Is this a common thing in condo or apartments and if yes, may I ask which one?

Yes, this is quite common. One condo i know put up signs saying the MC will fine ppl for feeding stray cats and another just instructs their workers to catch the cats and dump outside far away.

A lot of condos have problems where residents feed strays, because "cute" and "it's a kindness to care for God's creations".

The problem is cats are pretty explosive breeders and they're opportunistic predator/scavengers, not unheard of for cats to follow people into lifts and units, and their urine n feces often ruin landscaping. They also sometimes tear into rubbish bags to find food.

I know one person who had trauma because a stray slept in their car engine and when they start car it scared/injured the cat.
