They are not officially available in Malaysia, meaning there's no support and official warranty. You can however still get it from 3rd party like lazada https://s.lazada.com.my/l.mWEt

Take not however the warranty is seller warranty, thought I won't really be bother about it since it's not that expensive, and you gotta have a real bad luck for it to spoil within a year

No, they are both not available here in Malaysia.

You can either import them, and risk it being seized at the border for not meeting regulatory requirements, or get a similar one here.

If you want something American you can easily get ubiquity UNIFI here and it works with local ISPs
