Hi all

I am currently looking for a new area to move within Klang Valley. Would like to find a comfortable place to stay. We intend to rent first and if we like that area, will consider buying after 2 years.

Occupants:
1 working near Aeon Bukit Raja Klang (drive to work)
1 working in Happy Garden near Old Klang Road (drive to work)
1 working in TRX (dun mind taking MRT to work)

House requirement:
1. Monthly rental of course as low as possible but we have budgeted RM2.5k
2. Can be landed or condo or townhouse. If condo, prefer low density with good management.
3. Area that is not prone to flood
4. Minimum build up 1200 sq ft (+/-)
5. Minimum 3 rooms
6. Can be either unfurnished or partial furnished (with kitchen cabinets and stove)

We like nature. So, places with lots of greeneries and nearby parks while not too far away from city would be good.

Appreciate if bosses here can give suggestions and reasons why U think the area is good.

Thank U in advance!!!

The Address 2, Taman Desa. Very good build up. Nature, lake view. Near to Old Klang Road. Nearest MRT Bandar Malaysia. Just a bit far to AEON Bukit Raja, but it just beside Federal Highway.

Thanks for ur suggestion. I have considered Taman Desa also cos I like the area.

Kota Kemuning?

This place is far for everyone of us. But it's a nice place to stay indeed.

Bdr. Sunway or Subang Jaya.

Going to OKR and Klang is quite convenient.
As for the KL person, just take MRT.

I don't think I can get anything within my budget in Sunway. Do you have any areas to recommend in Subang that is not too congested? Actually Ara Damansara is in my consideration as well.

Tropicana Metropark SJ. Take a drive there, have a look of the dev and upcoming

Thanks for your suggestion. Looks interesting. Is it still under construction? I did a quick Google search. From the pics, seems like the condos there are very high density.

Not high density. But not low either.
Those like M Vertical is high density.

M Vertical is literally mini HK 😅

I think anywhere between Kinrara to Ara Damansara is ideal. Not sure if Ara Damansara is affected by flood...

You can find VPed, new VP, ongoing sale and a recent (last sep) launch called Amika there. You Google also south place 1&2

These are not TOD dev, at present days 130+ to 200 unit/acre is normal for commercial land residency.

Amika, if i remember correctly is at 135/acre

Since you mentioned, rent first, buy 2 years later if you like the vibe, then tropicana metro sj check your box. Its a new dev township, you can see how the township conceptualised. There are also land owned by other big name developers there as well.

Happy hunting.

I made a trip to survey the area there last weekend. Quite nice indeed. May I know if u r staying in Metropark now? If yes, how's the traffic there going in and out of the area ok weekdays during peak hours? I m not from Subang, so I am not sure ...

De one working in Klang is own business.... Can't change job 😅

But I am considering de area near lrt awan besar. So many choices 😅... Also considering Le Yuan and G Residence @ Kuchai Lama. For those condos near awan besar, u have any recommendations?

I also like the Waltz location, but I heard de workmanship is terrible and the water leaking issue is a headache
