use brain la, u think ppl just buy and install ? dont do basic test before install ? just stand few ppl on the glass pre-install so difficult ? and where it mention its made in china ? glass like this anywhere also can make, glass that withstand few person weight no longer difficult to make, those difficult 1 are like for aquarium, 1 piece huge glass to withstand weight of hundreds of ton of water weight.

Faulty installation is more likely than faulty glass.

Glass is really weak if got stresses from the side. You install it on a bridge where people are walking which means structure is having micro movements all the time. Put that together with things like material expanding/contracting from heating/cooling, etc. You get a recipe for disaster if not engineered and installed properly.
