I need help here.

Whenever i receive a LYN pm from members, normally i'l receive an instant email notification.
But since one week ago, the email notification was not sent everytime i receive a personal message in LYN.

I change the email settings and restored back to default but to no avail.

go here http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=02 and check if the option box for Send a confirmation email when I receive a new private message is tick.

If still cannot, try to add no-reply@lowyat.net into your mail address book.
Also check your junkmail.

Not all email notification i can't receive.
For instance, once there is a reply to my post i still able to receive email notification.

problem is with the PM ones only.

Mail from us is being classified as spam by the hotmail filters because after the hari raya holidays, some idiots among us mass-marked our notification mails as spam.

I'm not sure when you'll start seeing mails from us again. Try giving it a week or so.

cause quite hard for me to trace whether there is pm from other members as i am doin trading here..

but if as you said, why is it that email notifications still can be received for reply to post and not for pm?

Don't ask me. Add "pm@bounces.lowyat.net" to your address book, and if that still doesn't work, change your email provider.
