GX removed BSN from within their app

I intro GX bank to a friend and he is now stuck at transferring money for the 1st time from his bank account. He doesn't have any online banking, chat up with CS, was advised to activate this online banking, else there is no way to initiate the 1st time money transfer (must be from the same name account).
