Standard Chartered is aware of the issue and is trying to resolve the problem. No need to contact them as it's likely that they will just say that the problem is being rectified.

As of just now, it seems that I'm able to transfer in and out of SCB like normal. However, the money that was transferred into SCB this morning is still missing.

the example is not rounding, but more of truncating/cutoff to 2 decimal value; just like how maybank2card amex 5% cb is being calculated.
