See their exclusions. I think insurance, govt transaction no cashback. Online no need physical card. Virtual card enough. Physical card for physical purchases.

Keep in mind it's promo until end of this year the 1% cashback. Whether they extend some more after that, don't know.

So far I tried online with debit card and have received 1% cashback.
1. Digitalocean SG
2. Some US hosting provider
3. TNB bill via myTNB website
