For me, it's quite rare. So far once. Duitnow Transfer from MBB to HLB. Transfer ok on MBB but HLB no receive. Took about 1 week to get the money back.

No problem in August. Bought iPad M2 and Applecare+. Order placed about a week earlier then charged the day before it was shipped. Instant cashback. Shopback+ also tracked correctly.

Soon need to upgrade my iPhone 6s (IOS 15.8.3.) Seems like IOS 15 is the lowest for GXBank app now. Probably cannot tahan much longer.
