Depand on your luck. Known one case pax bought with baggage. Upon checkin airline said no baggage. Have to pay more for excess baggage. Airline can't do anything.

also, dont buy airtix from agent company because when there are problems, the airflight will inform the agent company and the agent company unable to change things. best of all, there are no options for you to contact them via app, because they blocked anything in regards to airline as the direct ever contact ways to airline company.
thing is, they register the purchase under themselves whatnot, and the ability to change stuck with them (seatings, timing, etc.) so if you use AA and they have flight delay or cancelled, good fucking luck to you.

last time pre-covid, agoda got customer hotline one, can call one with an actual agent speaking.

but better than booking,com

they're both under booking holdings. under same parent company. basically both abang adik.
but both model operate differently, with booking.com for global reach and Agoda mainly focus Asian market.

you pay directly to agoda, so agoda will have to serve you instead of the other end, you go through channels of communications(hotel,airline etc.)
so, if Agoda aftersale service sucks, or you happen to meet sohai on the line, then you're fucked, big time.

booking.com no comment as i rarely use, it was fine when i use it in china.
