Hi, i refer to this website for the share unit calculation.

Currently i checking one unit which mentioned for 478 share unit, the information i have now is 38 square meter (keluasan) and no accessory parcel.

If i refer to the website mentioned above, from 38 square meter i not sure how to derive at 478 share unit, therefore i post here to ask for assistant. Thanks.

Accessory parcel also included to AirCon ledge, mail box area, and some common area that I not familiar.

But mostly people missed think accessories parcel only refer to car park only.

After seeing the resource you shared I still can't calculated the amount, but if your unit is under strata management, then you can ask the jmb mo for the details.

If refer to the strata title, the "No. Petak Akseori" is blank, meaning there are no parcel accessories i assume.

This is a one of the shop lot a shopping center, there is no car park, therefore in the parcel accessories is blank, other section i liquid it as P&C.
