Non-ethical. You assume the corresponding S-series(Sedan) of X70(X-over SUV) to be based on the same X70 C segment platform. Instead is based on BMA platform. Proton actually did it before with old Persona, sell C segment car at B segment price, top spec only 60k compared to smaller Honda City top spec 90k. But old Persona was genuine C segment at the time, wheelbase is 2600mm compared to City 2450mm.

in other countries, it is a B+ segment... but over here, proton price it like a C segment.

in the past, inspira also price against locally assembled city and vios. what is the reason it did not perform so well compare to S70? coz no hype building from geely?

that's how Honda Toyota trap Msians with subpar cars, they know the cheapest non-P1/non-P2 cars are City and Vios d, those die die want foreign car will buy without thinking

Technology comes with price today is good we dunno 7-8 years later how it gonna be .How much it cost if the sensor,ADAS or ICC system spoil liao after warranty.If after 7-8 years can afford  change another new car won t be a problem but those cannot afford might be a big problem.
