Didn't know this also works in industrial court. No agreement also can establish employment??

yea, but im talking from a law perspective. you do need to establish there is an employment contract

but good case, it gives people who never get employment agreement to get justice.

True. Very very true. And even there are some, like 1% only, and they are usually special in some kind.

Can. From the salary you are getting. ie. Every 25th of the month you have been receiving RM27,500.00 for the past few years without fail and that he has received instructions to do this and that indicate he is indeed an employee of the company.
