Yeah and the land itself very very near to the monorial train way stand. to build 50 floor i assume the foundation and pilling will be very very deep. Hope its not affected the train like recently J-tower project pilling affacted the sri petaling ampang lrt line.

Hotel is the one not happy to those airbnb design project that shared their business profit. haha.

But i believe, in feature after government come out with new law and regulation/ new tax system to control airbnb / short term stay business, airbnb profit will be reduct.
