I tried to find it here but Malaysia is not even in the listing???

nowadays, just call support center… they will try to diagnose over the phone… then will decide on the next step to solve the issue

Last time I call , they send in technician to my house still under warranty during MCO . Managed to chat with technician. You call their agent, tell their problem ( WFH usually ).agent pass contact to technician usually roaming district / states to fix customer PC laptop all over Malaysia. Their northern service center is quite nearby my place inside a obscure commercial building minus any signatures. If out of warranty laptop usually I just send to nearby computer shop to fix it

I dunno about Taylors one. But HP in Damansara used to be called HP towers and ground floor was carry in center. Now it's only sales center. The building is now called wisma Zurich.

Usually i just call HP CS explain to CS my commerical printer drums problem then HP cs will sent one replacement unit to my address then old one keep for backup or give to uncle lorry .
