what u can do is, monitor the maid output and performance, as most of the /k here reply, as long as the maid can perform well and ur bb is well taken care of, house no issue

just let the maid have some freedom, but u do need to set some rules with the maid
both party must have common ground, after all, we all are only human

if her performance deteriorate, talk to her and give chance(provided everything is okay)
else, consult back with agency and change maid
