hey guys, i'd like to ask in regards to fast track scholarships, while there is alot of options, anyone took SLAM/SLAI/SLAB before? Care to share your experiences pre and post? I'm pretty much dead set on furthering my studies, given there is a scholarship.

Some burning questions from me:

1. How easy is it to secure this scholarship?
- assume that I have two publications (1 co and 1 main) (during undergrad), would i be considered 'rare' hence easier to secure?

2. Any interviews, things to prepare? (aside from research proposal etc)
- what to expect?

3. After graduating, is it common to immediately secure a position as a senior lecturer (DS51)?

i know some of these questions should be directed to my AA but not much feedback from them either.
