Sage - Closed for now?
Entier - Good vibe spacious space
Sushi Ori, Sushi Oribe - More traditional-ish sushis
Nobu if got amoi food so so view okay (go after sun set or else sun will blast ur face off)
Dewakan if got amoi food very adventurous good view
Sushi Hibiki - More surprise sushis and innovative

If u want to impress awek, just bring to kepci or mcd je la.

Dewakan can see KLCC and Entier is in a quite spacious floor
If you like to talk and show off your knowledge, I recommend sushis (oribe, hibiki) the chefs are engaging.
Sushi Yoshi has a local chef I believe.

For RM400 total, you might be able to squeeze something in.

However if you really want fine dining, you need to be looking at mininum RM500/pax.

If you don't mind good food but more casual, can also check out "Topshelf" at TTDI
