Can through online, typically when selecting "transfer to other bank“/Duitnow, you will need to specify what type of payment (Fund Transfer/Credit Card/Loan Repayment)
Select "Loan Repayment" and key in the correct loan account number, it should be no issues. This post has been edited by DragonReine: Oct 18 2023, 02:22 PM |

QUOTE(qdipanda @ Oct 18 2023, 11:02 AM) refer to topic, can I pay house loan at Bank A using Bank B? If you have only one savings account, then I suggest to open another to spread out your money.only have house loan and do not have saving account with Bank A I have one account to pay housing and HP loans. Another for income and cash withdrawal. The third account is to receive or pay money for misc things. |

The best is to actually get one savings account which is the same bank that disburse the housing loan to you to have much more visibility and manageability.
If somehow this is not an option, what you can do is to order a standing instruction (SI) or some call it monthly recurring transfer, to the loan account of Bank A (can be done online). This avoids all the unnecessary careless overlooking miss-payment. Or just like other brothers here suggested, just do a single transfer, select the bank you wish to transfer to, select bank account as loan account then key in the housing loan account number, put in your amount and perform the transfer. And you're done. (Thats what I'm doing for my HP loan la haha) Remember to save the transfer receipt. I put all my receipt in telegram. Purposely created a group with only myself in the group for record purpose |
