Moral of story is scamming people isn't a problem and won't be arrested, just don't go around making politicians look bad.

Gotta put jail time on this. Scammers will copycat this 99x if they see you only get a fine from legal system.

One of the criteria is 5 years financial strength, that we know, and as a result of not having strong financials, were shortcuts taken thereby jeopardising the safety of planes?
