But I got see people report to HR before where an unattractive guy compliment to a girl say she looking good today when she change her hair style. This guy likes to compliment people as he did it with other guy or girl colleague before. Like "Bob, that new tie really suits you, love the Batik pattern".
She report him for saying inappropriate things to her.
End up HR need call many people to do investigation, end up the guy NFA, the girl get warning for wasting HR time and making false report.
Even in gym also, I got one female friend complain when guys help her and guys didn't help her when she struggling to adjust equipment
When guy help her : This guy really stalking me leh, if I want help, I will call, damm hamsap.
When no guy help her : All the guy really selfish one, don't want help. No more gentlemen in the world la ?
