When the app says credit expires 11 Nov 2023, the last day to top up is on 10 Nov 2023 or 11 Nov 2023?

don't play play, just top up 2 to 3 days ahead.
In case the topup fail, and u still have time to handle it.

In case topup fails in one app, one could always go for other app (or ewallets) within the same phone to topup.

Should the said smartphone malfunction, any other sims in any other phones could do the same.

Physical 7 eleven store counters may be suitable for those whose circle of friends and relatives does NOT have a single smartphone.

ya, U can even use SOS Top Up function , if really out of choices.
But, what if their system down / in maintain... then gg, have to immediately gone through the postpaid route(at specific maxis center) the next day to get back number. worth it?

credit expiry date not same as termination date

I would normally top up as soon as barred.. meaning 12 Nov 2023 in the above example.. to maximize validity

Sorry, maybe I misread the topic title. (was reading the Unfi free upgrade 2023 things, get distracted )

If that is indeed only credit expired (=In non-active period, still can accept call , but can not call out...) then not a big deal, u just top-up when u feel free..at worst u still got 30days grace period (some old plans got 50/90 days grace period).
your example shown active until 2023.11.11 . so u can still using it at 2023.11.11

btw, they do send u a same message but different date for the credit expire time and termination time, sometime may confuse...
