My MacBook freezes when using FortiClient with our Fortinet firewall. Looking for advice on the issue and any alternative software recommendations that work well with Mac and Fortinet. Thanks!

Why do you reach out to your firewall vendor to resolve the issue?

Enable logging in forticlient collect log and send to ur fortinet vendor to check.  If they say firewall blocking ask them which port to open. Or try open any any to try. |
