Anybody got experience during Unifi Installation, when they drill the hole to pull cable. When they left only found the outdoor light is not switch on. Ask electrician check, they suspect is during hole hacking damage the wires. This case will Unifi help me to do back ?

Make a report at their customer service.

First, it has nothing to do with Unifi. The responsibility is on the contractors themselves. Those contractors are not TM/Unifi staff. They have their own company. So even if you make complain to Unifi, they probably wont layan you and they may tell you to call that contractor instead.

So, got any contact from the contractor? The receipt they gave you should have their contact number. Call them and ask them to check.

It's not easy to blame them though since you only found the problem after they left. If they are being nice then may be they will help, but if they dont you also cant do anything about it.....

It's hard to prove and you probably already signed the form they void them of any further liability.

You're out of luck here but no harm to try

Make a complaint to Unifi. I think should not be a problem to get Unifi to compensate you for the damage.
