Not bad. Senior technical staff or director at MNC. I think the past few years we've seen big jumps in pay and titles.

Basic pay won't go up too fast after certain levels for most MNCs but other compensations in terms of bonuses and stocks will.

i've lived and worked in both places, very true for me. heck my pay in penang was much lower compare to KV but my life was better in Penang.

i came from kedah and i choose klang valley anytime even if i dont make any income.

i wondered why people said you dont need much money to live comfortable in kedah/perlis, food price are nearly the same and the options available are much lesser. medical access dont say la, very limited. the only thing you can save were rental, but new housing are no cheap there too.

no wonder they taking risk with puas now as they are seeing PH/BN gomen zalim because they cant help much.
