 ipod rosak, help please...

i just finish charging my ipod, unplug it and then when i try to switch it on...it cant turned on...

i even try to connect it to pc but still it didnt detect my ipod seems like it didnt function...

need to send for warranty? where can i send it to? i'm in kl...just bought it for 2 months only...

i know some people said can send it to vr but where is it? i dunno...

When you un-plug it, did you just tarik it like that or safely disconnect it?

use itunes...i think u should follow the trouble shoot in apple..can solve most of the prob...

sorry to say i just tarik it without switching off the main switch...i did that only if i charge it not when i connect it to pc.. i do suspect that may the cause of it earlier but i've been doing so all tis while...guess bad luck tis time

anyway, where to send it for warranty if i may ask...

I am not sure for iPod users but it is the menu and the middle round button for my Nano tongue.gif

I may think thats the problem. Rather than that, have your iPod fall? How many times?

If like that, go send to Apple store.

i thought it was dead...yo u r the man la...now it works already....

no matter which button i press, even i connect it to itunes and it has got no reaction at all....really nothing..like dead...

just when i saw ur post...now it came back to life...i swear i will take utmost care of it now..truly a good lesson to learn..thanks guys..appreciate it...
