QUOTE(dogbert_chew @ Sep 19 2024, 01:07 PM) It is not logical because the more expensive variant should launch first hence Toyota should go ahead if really got stock. there may be some element of truth there from the precedent of Alza-Veloz launch.. More likely Corolla Cross EPB going ahead Q4 this year and Sime Darby want to avoid Yaris Cross launching in the same period If i recall correctly Alza was launched a few months earlier than Veloz Maybe there's some internal agreement between Toyota and Perodua dogbert_chew liked this post

so far all the KLIMS coverage on youtube focuses only on the eMO-II at the Perodua booth, no surprise appearance for the D66b
this means further delay for YC if Toyota really had agreement with Perodua to let them release first |

QUOTE(jhleo1 @ Dec 9 2024, 03:34 PM) so you mean there's absolutely no chance for the car to launch in the next 12 months?if they really only release it in 2026, it better be a FL version rather than the original one that's launched in Indonesia in June 2023 to answer your question, I'm in no hurry to get a new car; and also I'm not hell-bent on getting TYC - therefore keeping my options open |
