Have Cambodian friends around mid 20s want to go have fun in night clubs in Singapore and Penang.

Asked for my recommendations but I am already long left Penang and have totally no idea on what clubs is good in Singapore, haha

Any recommendations is welcome! Safety and fun most important!

Penang night clubs are kinda bad. The best one is probably Peace Club, but it's still very bad. It's too cina IMO.

Singapore night clubs aren't as good as KL unless there's an international DJ playing. Marquee is the nicest and mostly EDM, Yang Club was okay-ish, PRISM is okay too. IMO go either PRISM or Marquee. There's another club which I don't remember the name anymore, but the patrons are more internationalized. The songs are good too I think.
